What's an "Internet Community - Surname Pilot Program"?

An "Internet Community - Surname Pilot Program" is a program that we are currently working on so that we may follow the progress of building communities online with the commonality of a surname.

We believe that the internet will create many new opportunities which may have been difficult or impossible otherwise. The internet, currently in its infancy stage, has unlimited potential. Human nature drives us all to belong. Can we use the internet to break the barriers of distance, race and religion? Only time will tell for sure.
